Are you really open right now?
Yes. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — nights, weekends and 2 a.m. breakdowns included.
Is your office open 24/7 too?
Our trucks and dispatch run 24/7. The office is open 8am–5pm, every day of the week, for non-urgent questions. Need a tow at midnight? Just call — the same number reaches dispatch around the clock.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and the road conditions. Call and dispatch will give you an honest arrival time.
Can you tow my truck, RV or fifth wheel?
Yes. Our fleet of 22 trucks covers light, medium and heavy-duty towing, including heavy wreckers for semis and big recoveries.
I’m not sure I need a tow.
Call anyway. Many problems — dead batteries, flat tires, empty tanks, keys locked inside — can be fixed right at the roadside.
I’ve been in an accident. What now?
